You can do all these by simply logging in to your patient portal.
We are accepting Self-Pay for those who are not insured. Payments are due at the time of service via the Therapy Patient Portal.

You will receive a welcome e-mail with an invitation to join the Therapy Portal. Once you log into the Therapy Portal you will be able to start your tele-visit through the video.
Initial Visit – 1 hour.
Follow-up Visit - 30 minutes.
Please bear in mind that the length of the appointment time may vary based on complexity and on your individualized treatment plan.
Prescriptions will be sent electronically at the time or shortly after your visit. No prescriptions for stimulants (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin and others) or ongoing Benzodiazepines such as Alprazolam (Xanax), Clonazepam (Klonopin), Lorazepam (Ativan) will be ordered. You will be given a 5-7 days’ supply of benzodiazepine for severe anxiety to be used as needed ONLY.
